The easiest way to find a cheap inkjet cartridge is to purchase a kit and refill your own cartridges as they run out. A refill kit gives you all the tools and instructions you need for refilling the cartridges - even the protective gloves so that you won’t get the ink all over your hands. The specific tools in each kit depend on what is needed for the cartridge. One kit can easily be used with many different types of printers. You can choose to buy a kit for refilling black ink or one with several different colors in it.

Such a kit to help you refill your injet cartridge cheaply contains one or more bottles of ink, a tool to take the cap off the cartridge, and syringe for injecting the ink. For a normal printer, one bottle of ink will refill three cartridges - now that’s cheap. You do have to make sure that you refill the cartridge as soon as possible after the ink runs out.
